We started our property journey as two friends investing in our first Buy To Let in Nottinghamshire, with 6 Years experience in construction we carried out full refurbishment ourselves. We went on to rent this out a regular AST Contract but wanted more from the property. A year later we set this up as a SA providing short term accommodation for working professionals and those visiting for leisure.
Our success has led us to continue to grow and provide serviced accommodation across the country.
